Job Descriptions:
– Manage and executive all matters related to Talent Acquisition: Plan, Recruit, Develop, Evaluate candidates, talents.
– Manage and set up KPIs & performance evaluation, training, compliance with development management.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree
– Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment & Development
– Knowledge and experience in organizational planning, organization development, KPI.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
– Well organized, proactive with a positive attitude.
– Open to learning, adaptable and flexible.
– Hard-working, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate.
– Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Good in English communication skills.
– Have experience in the IT industry or marketing is a plus
